Hippie Whippy
The Hippie Whippy was a project for an ice cream van. Initially, we thought the content might change or need to be changed by the client so we went with WordPress. This was my main cms used at the time and the project came together well.
Designing a custom theme centred on a colourful and fun aesthetic was a highly rewarding experience. As I collaborated closely with the client it allowed us to bring their vision to life, resulting in a final product that perfectly captured the vibrant style they wanted.
What did I learn from this project?
The back-and-forth communication with the client to nail down the website details taught me a lot about the importance of asking the right questions and understanding how to approach them. It was a valuable experience in refining my communication skills to ensure that I fully captured the client’s vision.
